The product did a great job, but unfortunately the heating application failed to perform. Other than that, it does a great job, and feels quite good. It is the aftersales service that has impressed me the most. I started to return the item, but instead I decided to just keep it. I mentioned in the return statement why I wanted to return it. The HELLOFUNTOYS company contacted me and let me know that they were sorrow for my bad experience and have stated that as soon as they get another one of those units in they would ship it to me free of charge. They didn't ask me to return the old unit, and they have been very helpful in this deal. I would highly recommend buying products from these folks because they truly want you to be happy, Buyer.
