like most things with vibration presets, none are exactly what you're wanting. while still doesn't vibrate, the pulses do the same thing and honestly feel like pulsing. its worth getting if your trying e-stim for the first time.

If this is your first time using anything like this, like it was for me, I got some advice. just insert the probe. the further into our genitals the less intense the zap. I like the probe tip to be down past my base the zap is pleasant there. I was scared and tried it only an inch deep and that was a mistake. the shock is so much more intense and downright painful..not pleasurable. at least for me...try it out if you're looking for a rough time
