I really enjoy this one. It's big, but not huge. If you're new to the back door, this isn't for you yet. It doesn't get five stars, because I can't enjoy the scrotum pouch. Every body is different and I found it to be too short. It's not long enough to reach and obtain the desired results. Functions are great and I obtained a hands free O.
