I ordered this sleeve by mistake, but it was the best mistake I have made all year! My husband and I gave up on trying out different sleeves not because of the realistic qualities or effectiveness, but because of the lack of stiffness in the head/tip of the sleeve. They were just too difficult to work around, but this vibrating sleeve is exactly what we were looking for which it comes to stiffness in the head! This was amazing and the excellent for my wife. I wanted some length to hit the mysterious g-spot.
