Unlike other toys this remote is easy to use. One button for vibration the other for extension. The extension / pulsing is what drew me to this toy, and I am not disappointed. The extra of having the ball and cock ring are a nice addition and versatile enough for you to not use or use. I was a bit worried about clean up on the extension part due to the 'ribs' but cleanup was a breeze

Soft and supple to use. Varying vibration levels take you beyond the feeling of a popsicle on hot sunny summer day..I mean Extreme pleasure!!!!!!!! Should have purchase so much sooner .. didn t know what I was missing!!!
